WILL NOT DRAW:

• Excessive Gore
• Explicit NSFW (genitalia)
• Furries

Terms and Conditions

General

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission, for any reason I deem fit.
• By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions below:

Payment and Refunding

• +50% of the original value for complex backgrounds AND/OR additional characters.
• Big changes made after the sketch phase will add to the total value.
• Payment UPFRONT, after confirmation of the final sketch.
• Payment via PAYPAL ONLY, in USD (United States Dollars).
• Refunds only acceptable BEFORE rendering phase.

Image Rights and Usage

• Regular commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
• Commissions can only be used for commercial purposes if all parties involved are notified and agree to it.
• Commissions for COMMERCIAL USE will cost 35% more of the base value.
• All commissioned artwork must be credited to me, @AthiesArena, if uploaded to online sites and/or galleries.

Delivery Time and Process

• Turnaround time is of up to 14 days.
• Phases of the commission production include:
- Sketch Phase
- Payment
- Linework Phase
- Flat Coloring Phase
- Rendering Phase
- Delivery of the Commissioned Files (in whatever file format the client desires), through e-mail.
